At Firrete, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our policy ensures you have a clear and easy process to follow.

Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Please ensure that all return items are sent with prior authorization—we cannot accept returns sent without first requesting a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away with a description and photo of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and offer a solution, whether that be a replacement, repair, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order. Once we approve your return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason, without justification. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
