At Firrete, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and efficient shipping services for all orders. Please read the details below about our order processing and shipping methods.


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: We process orders within 0-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • After successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected] to confirm your order.
  • Order Changes: Once your order is placed and processed, we cannot make any changes to it after shipment. Please ensure all details, including your address, are correct before finalizing your order.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the original order (excluding shipping fees) and ask you to place a new order with the correct address.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Depending on the size and weight of your order, we use different shipping methods.

  • Small Items: Lightweight products may be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive an email with tracking information once your item has left the warehouse.
  • Medium to Large Items: Larger items such as furniture or home decor will be shipped via freight carriers. You will receive a tracking number once the items have left our warehouse. Delivery dates on carriers’ websites are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Please note that PO boxes cannot be used as shipping addresses for medium or large items, as our shipping partners are unable to deliver to PO boxes. We recommend using a valid street address for delivery.


3. Shipping Times

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): After order processing, delivery typically occurs within 15-20 business days depending on the shipping method and destination.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States.

4. Shipping Delays

We are committed to providing timely shipping, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the carrier, and any delays outside of our control are not our responsibility.
